Canal Cruise

Canal Cruise

The postcard that I put up the other day wasn't really a postcard. We went on this canal cruise and before you get on the boat, this woman snaps your picture and when the ride is over she displays your picture on this board and you can choose to buy the pic and that's what we did.

So the cruise was really interesting and there was a lot of information about the different landmarks and buildings in Amsterdam. The annoying thing was that we had to listen to everything in Dutch first, then German, French and finally English.

Here we are standing in line with our tickets. Kiki Nadine'e the name of our boat.

Some of the sights we saw on the cruise. There was a floating Chinese restaurant. No meaning kan pergi Holland nampak Chinese boat. The Botel thing is actually a boat hotel.

And here are some really cool cars we saw from the boat.

Here's us durin the tour. Arlin actually fell asleep cause she's been on this tour before so everything was like yeah yeah been there done that for her :p

But thanks for taking me on the tour Ar. I learnt a lot and saw a lot of really interesting stuff and places. Plus it was nice and warm on the boat, thank god.

Jägermeister

Jägermeister

We were taking the tram to downtown Amsterdam the other day and then saw this

Yes it's a car with a block of ice and bottles of jagermeister frozen in the ice. Don't know how they got it there. And don't know why either. But it really looked interesting and we weren't the only ones who were jakun.

Day 2 in Perth.

I went to the Morish Nuts Factory and I bought lots of nuts.

The guy that owned the whole place and the business and all was called Archie.

Too bad I didn't bring my camera down with me from the bus so I didn't take a picture of him. He looked like Santa Claus! With his long beard and his belly. Hahahahah. (No offence) I bought the nuts especially for Ma. She loves nuts :D

I bought roasted and salted macadamias, one family pack that contained roasted and caramalised almonds, macadamias, peanuts and cashews. And I also bought a pack of chocolate coated macadamias, crunchy pistachio nougats and soft nougat. And I bought another family pack for Cik Ti :D

This post is going to be about the Fremantle Prison.
The prison was way way way freaky. I wasn't really scared when I went into the prisoners room but I got really really freaked out when I went into the hanging room.

The hanging room was where they hanged the prisoners. It was way freaky cause when I went into that room, I could feel like really really weird things. Way freaky. Like I had that uncomfortable feeling. I could feel something wrong. Grr! And there was like this weird smell. Like the smell of the prisoners blood after they were hanged. And there were blood stains too. I took pictures of them. Cool. Lol. Don't be grossed out. Hahah. And there was this window, in one of the chapel in the jail. Ok this is way freaky. There's like an image of someone on it. Its an image of a girl. It just suddenly appeared there. I'm gonna upload the picture of the window but you cannot see the girl cause you need to zoom in into one of the tiles. There's like white stuff on it. And there's the girl's face on it. Interesting. Hah. Don't get freaked! And there's a picture of the guide too.
The jail guide. My friend was going nuts over him. Lol. Ting tong. She thought he was cute. Ok larh :D

I took a lot of rubbish pictures. hahaha. "please keep me clean"
That's lame man. Hahah. I'll blog about day 2 tomorrow. I'm tired now.
Gonna go watch some tv :D

Gd day mates.
I'm back from going out with my friends.
So I'm going to blog about my trip to Perth.
On the first day, we went for the canal cruise, to the Fremantle Prison and the weekend markets.
We went to the canal cruise first in Mandurah.
There were about 30 students on the boat. 2 teachers and 2 of the boat people.
Ok. It was very nice. The houses there were soooooo beautiful. And they're really really big.
So cool. The houses were like facing the canal. And we saw some people in the houses doing things.
Lol. Ok. There were many birds too. Lots of seagulls. Very annoying seagulls.
And some other birds. I'm not sure what they're called. But they're really noisy. Yepp.

Didn't really take pictures of the houses. What a waste. But anyway, they were seriously nice.
Toodles! I'm gonna blog about the Fremantle Prison next.
